Palm Bond Developments is a privately owned, family run property development company based in Essex. Our director, Graham, created Palm Bond Developments to focus exclusively on small to medium sized property developments in, and around the Essex area. With more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Graham has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, as well as a phenomenal team of highly reliable and skilled trades people to ensure every development is completed to the highest standard. We play a key role in every aspect of the development process to help you every step of the way. From research, to planning permission, project management and marketing, we work closely with our clients to develop every site with their vision and ideas in mind.
We’re a relatively young company, but our business knowledge and experience, as well as our continued success, means we’re eager and excited to take on new projects.
